Terms

• Scheduled work only. Jobs are booked in advance and worked during agreed windows.
• No on-call coverage without a separate retainer agreement in place. If we don’t have a retainer agreement, and you call me in the middle of the night with an emergency, not only will I be grumpy, it will cost you a bunch more money. ($$$)
• Minimum 1 hour billed per engagement, happy to batch multiple small jobs into single engagement.
• 0.25 hour increments for any time beyond the first hour.
• Prepaid bulk packs are non-refundable.
• Rates are in AUD and exclusive of GST.
• Out-of-pocket expenses (travel, licensing, hardware) are billed at cost and agreed before being incurred.
• Invoices are supplied at end of engagement unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment terms: 7 days from invoice unless otherwise agreed.
• Work is provided as-is, with no warranty — express or implied — as to fitness for purpose, merchantability, or ongoing correctness. I hold no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the work or its use. Review, testing, and deployment decisions remain your responsibility.
